7.1 In order to implement the physical development plan, the Authority shall from time to time clearly publish a notice to the public for a period not exceeding three years, and for the period specified in the same notice, any type of immovable property within the plan area specified in the notice shall not be physically altered in any way without the prior approval of the Authority. He can stop it so that it cannot be done or broken. 7.2 The authority shall send the notification of the suspension as per sub-section 7.1 to the relevant office for registration. 7.3 If the concerned office for registration receives the notice as per sub-section 7.2, such immovable property shall not be registered in such a way as to be broken up.
